234ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 234ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. 234ph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through official channels.
234ph offers an internal dispute resolution process: players may contact support at [email protected] to raise a formal dispute. 234ph will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Internal dispute resolution is a prerequisite before seeking external remedies.
234ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
